A roadmap strategy with the implementation plan is established for building a smart sustainable city as a model community for wellbeing and quality of life, characterized by Creative Education, Research, Innovation, Productive Entrepreneurship, Intelligent Lifestyle, Smart City Management, and Sustainable Environment.
It is created as a master-planned iconic new city of the 21st century, the attractive community to live, to work, to learn and to visit. The sustainable intelligent development is guided by converging the most valuable concepts and practices of digital/smart cities, ecological communities, intelligent cities and knowledge clusters.
The Sustainable City Program makes a single complex multi-project with three critical parts/layers/levels planned, managed and coordinated as interdependent multi-projects/integrated parts (see the Trinity Diagram “Smart World of Sustainable Communities”):
Digital/ICT/Hi-Tech/Ubiquitous/Cyber City (Multi-Play Telecom Network, ICT spaces/systems/applications, Ubiquitous Computation, Network-integrated Real Estate, Virtual Lifestyle)
Sustainable/Ecological/Green/Zero-Carbon/Zero-Waste/Eco Friendly/Solar City/Climate Wise (Green Energy Network, Real Eco Estate, Green Lifestyle)
Knowledge/Learning/Innovation/ /Intelligent/Science/Intellectual/LivingLab/Creative/Human Wise/Noopolis (Knowledge Triangle/Square/Grid/Ecology, Intelligent Management Platform/Smart Lifestyle)
The Smart Eco City and Community X.0 Concept had been showcased by the European Commission as a European Smart City Prototype for cities and communities, launching the European Innovation Partnership for Smart Cities and Communities to implement the holistic approach to achieve social, economic and environmental sustainability of communities and cities.
